This is a site for bikers and therefore all photo submissions MUST be biker related.

You must be the rightful owner of all the photos you submit.

If you are submitting a photo of your ol lady, girlfriend, neighbor, neighbor’s wife, neighbor’s girlfriend, neighbors wife’s girlfriend, some chick you met at the local biker bar or any other person, you must have his or her consent to do so.

What is acceptable to post:

Photos of real bikers doing real biker shit.

Bare breasts are ok…hell, they are greatly appreciated but by no means required.

Wet t-shirts, chaps & thongs.

Grab assen and groping is fine but use common sense bro’s and sis’s. The shit we do at rallies is “typically” OK but this ain’t a freaking porno site.

What is NOT acceptable to post:

ANY photo(s) depicting illegal act(s). If we are not sure if it is legal or not, we ain’t gonna take the time to figure it out, we are just gonna shit can it.

ANY photo containing any person(s) that are minors or even closely resemble a minor, regardless of the content of the photo. We do not bring kids to your bike rally; please don’t bring them to the web site.

Explicit sexual acts. Again, just use common sense bro’s and sis’s. We will accept these photos, we will enjoy looking at them but we sure as hell won’t post them.

Professional photos of bikini models, lingerie models or any other type of model pretending to be a biker or posing in a studio on a trailer queen. This is a biker site, not your personal portfolio. If your ol lady just happens to be of model caliber or even a professional model, first I wanna say “Right on Bro” and second, if ya wanna post a photo of her, just drag her ass out of the sack one morning, drape her across the scooter and snap a few Polaroid’s. If she’s really that hot, this will do just fine.

All photos submitted come under the close and personal scrutiny of BikerCrap.com’s highly trained photography staff (that’s me). I take pleasure in weeding out the bullshit and ensuring that only photos of those who ride get in.

How can you submit your photos:

Email your photos, as an attachment to photos@bikercrap.com. JPG, JPEG and GIF file formats are preferred but, if you are unable to figure out how to change the file type or you are just too damn drunk to do it, send them to us, in any format, and we will change it for you. Please be aware of the file size and avoid sending large files. If sending multiple files, please zip them up.

Send your photos via Snail Mail to BikerCrap. Email us and we will send you the address. We will scan them for you. If you want your photos returned, you must provide us with a SASE (that’s a self addressed stamped envelope). Please put some type of identifying mark on the back of the photos just in case the desk is needed for another purpose I wipe everything onto the floor real quick. We will need a way to figure out whose photos are who’s when we are done.

What you need to include with your photo submission:

The name of the rally, so everyone will know what the hell they are looking at and can look for themselves in your pix. This is also very helpful to probation officers and future ex-wives and ex-husbands.

A name or alias to include with your biker chick/ol lady photo, if you want one included. BikerCrap.com will not include email addresses or url’s with your photos. BikerCrap.com is not your free and personal dating service or advertising agency.

BikerCrap.com does not discriminate. Size, shape, age, race, religion or type of scooter, it’s all good. As long as you ride, that’s all that matters.

If your photos are of reasonable quality and do not break any of the above listed rules, they will most likely be posted.

BilkerCrap.com does not use your photo submissions for any other purpose than to share with fellow biker’s in our photo galleries. If, by chance, BikerCrap.com does wish to use one of your photos, BikerCrap.com will contact you directly and first obtain your permission.

REMEMBER! Don’t be a dick. Don’t try to submit photos you stole from someone else’s web site, photos you scanned out of some back issue of a scooter rag you picked up at the swap meet or that photo shoot in the June 1969 girlie mag you stole from your pop’s bathroom to manipulate your manhood with. If you don’t ride, don’t pretend you do by sending someone else’s pix to us. We are professional here at BikerCrap.com; we will catch you and send the copyright police to your door.

Photograph Release

By emailing my electronic file images to photos@BikerCrap.com or by mailing my photographs to BikerCrap.com, I hereby give BikerCrap.com my permission to use these photographs, and personal details, provided as part of the photographs, on the BikerCrap.com web site. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the manner in which my photographs or accompanying material are displayed on BikerCrap.com. I release BikerCrap.com from all legal claims that may result from the publishing of my photos. I hereby state that I am at least 18 years of age and am mentally, legally and otherwise fully competent to enter into this contract in my own name. I also hereby state that the photographs submitted are my own legal and personal property and are not protected by copyright, trademark or other similar laws.
