If you have a concern or an order related question, please contact us by email or fax. We are not trying to avoid your call, but we have learned that we can typically better serve you by email or fax as it allows us a few moments to research your question or concern without having to drop what we’re doing to keep you entertained, on the phone, while we dig up your order information, or have to dream up some half ass explanation to your concern to appease you, while you are on the other end of the line. Give us a break bro’s and sis’s, good explanations sometimes take a few minutes to dream up. BikerCrap.com fax and email inboxes are checked regularly and you should receive a response within 24 hours, unless we decided to take a putt, in which case we will get to your question or concern when we get back. These two methods also provide yourself and BikerCrap.com with a record of our communications. If you do choose to email or fax your question or concern to BikerCrap.com, please provide a clear explanation of your concern or question, your order number (if applicable), daytime phone number or the number of the bar at which we can reach you, and best time to call. Our normal business hours are – 9:00am to 5:00pm Pacific Time Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 12:00pm on Fridays, except for when we take extended weekends to ride to a rally or just close up shop to go screw off at the local watering hole.
